We use the best Spring Wheat for our Whole Wheat Flour, milling the entire wheat berry which contains generous amounts of natural fiber and flavor. Our Whole Wheat Flour is milled fine and can be used in wheat breads and to add extra nutrition to your baked goods.

Suggested Uses

Great for baking whole wheat breads or try substituting half the amount of all purpose flour with nutrient-rich whole wheat flour next time you bake.
